In July, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 241,000 and 247,000 units respectively, down 13% and 13.9% than that of last month. Comparing with last July, the production and sales were up 11.3% and 5.5%, keeping growth on yearly basis. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 9.3% and 16.5% than the previous year. For trucks, such figures were up 16.1% and 10.5%.
        For the first seven months, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 2,036,000 and 2,037,000 units respectively, up 2.7% and 2.4% year on year. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 8.8% and 9.7% than the previous year. Such figures for trucks were up 4.9% and 4.8%.
        In July, the sales of trucks increased 10.5% than a year earlier, of which the heavy duty, medium, light duty and mini were up 33.5%, 13.7%, 0.9% and 13.1% respectively.
