In September, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 299,000 and 296,000 units respectively, up 11.7% and 7.3% than that of last month. Comparing with last September, the production and sales were up 9.3% and 8.1%, keeping growth on yearly basis. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 11.1% and 7.8% than the previous year. For trucks, such figures were up 13.8% and 11.5%.
        For the first nine months, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 2,604,000 and 2,608,000 units respectively, up 4.8% and 4.0% year on year. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 7.7% and 8.8% than the previous year. Such figures for trucks were up 7.3% and 6.5%.
        In September, the sales of trucks increased 11.5% than a year earlier, of which the heavy duty, medium, light duty and mini were up 26.6%, 22.1%, 4.4% and 12.5% respectively.
