In April, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 356,000 and 362,000 units respectively, down 14.5% and 19% than that of last month. Comparing with last April, the production and sales were up 5.9% and 5.3%.
　　For the first four months, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 1,381,000 and 1,416,000 units respectively, up 12.8% and 17.7% year on year, 7.4 percentage points and 13.1 percentage points higher than the overall growth. As seen by type, the production and sales of buses were down 21.9% and 21.2% than the previous year. Such figures for trucks were up 18.3% and 24%. The trucks continued growing rapidly.
