In 2017, the export reached 891,000 units, up 25.8% year on year, growing rapidly, also the first growth after the decline of four successive years. To be specific, the passenger cars reached 639,000 units, up 34% year on year; the commercial vehicles were 252,000 units, down 8.9% year on year.
According to customs data sorted out by CAAM, in November, the total import of automobiles was 123,000 units, up 14.0% year on year, and the total export was 116,000 units, up 42.3% year on year. For the first eleven months, the accumulated imports reached 1,140,000 units, up 19% year on year; and the accumulated exports reached 956,000 units, up 30.5% year on year.
