In January, the auto export was 79,000 units, down 17.5% than that of last month, but up 36.3% year on year, keeping growing on yearly basis. As seen by type, the passenger cars reached 60,000 units, down 22.3% than that of last month but up 39.7% year on year. And the commercial vehicles were 20,000 units, up 1.4% than that of last month and up 27% year on year.
　　According to customs data sorted out by CAAM, last December, the total import of automobiles was 107,000 units, down 10.0% year on year, and the total export was 108,000 units, up 39.7% year on year. For the whole year of 2017, the accumulated imports reached 1,247,000 units, up 15.8% year on year; and the accumulated exports reached 1,064,000 units, up 31.4% year on year.
