The market share of Chinese brand PCs declined

In January, the total sales of Chinese brand passenger cars reached 1,069,000 units, up 9.4% year on year, accounting for 43.5% of the total sales of passenger cars. The market share decreased 0.5 percentage points than the previous year. To be specific, the sales of Chinese brand cars were 206,000 units, up 2.4% year on year, accounting for 17.8% of the total sales of cars, with a decrease of 0.8 percentage points on market share. The sales of Chinese brand SUV reached 686,000 units, up 26.3% year on year. The market share increased 1.7 percentage points, reaching 63.3%. The sales of Chinese brand MPV were 141,000 units, down 22.3% year on year, accounting for 79% of the total sales of MPV, with a decrease of 9.1 percentage points on market share.
