In January, the production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 40,569 units and 38,470 units respectively, increasing 4.6 times and 4.3 times year on year. To be specific, the production and sales of BEV reached 27,802 units and 26,753 units, increasing 3.7 times and 4.3 times year on year; and such figures for PHEV were 12,765 units and 11,717 units, increasing 8.4 times and 4.4 times year on year.
　　As seen by type, the production and sales of passenger cars increased 5.0 times and 4.5 times year on year; the buses increased 7.2 times and 20 times year on year; and the trucks increased 87% and 95.2% year on year.
