According to statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)，the amount of China’s auto production was 1,347,200 units in February, decrease 31.42% compared with last month, and down 16.25% compared with the same period of last year. Among main automobile categories, production of passenger cars was 1,105,100 units, lower than the previous 31.84% and down 12.40% year on year; the output of commercial vehicle was 242,100 units, lower than the previous 29.47 percent, and decrease 30.25% compared with the same period of last year;
        From January to February this year, China automobile production reached 3,311,700 units, increase 14.06% compared with the same period of last year; Production of passenger cars was 2,726,200 units, increase 17.76 percent year on year; the output of commercial vehicle was 242,100 units, decreased 30.25% compared with the same period of last year.
