According to statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)，China automobile sales were 2,035,100 units in March, increase 50.22% compared with last month, and increase 10.69% compared with the same period of last year. Among main automobile categories, passenger car sales was 1,585,500 units, higher than the previous 42.60%, and up 13.25 percent year on year; the sales of commercial vehicle was up to 449,600 units, higher than the previous 85.15 percent, and up 2.51 percent year on year.
        From January to March, Chinese auto sales exceeded 5,424,500 units, increase 13.18 percent compared with the same period of last year. Passenger car sales increase 17.21 percent year on year to about 4,423,100 units; commercial vehicle sales exceeded 1,001,400 units, a decrease of 1.72 percent from a year earlier.
