The auto export increased

According to the statistics made by CAAM, the auto export was 78,100 units in September, up 14.7% than that of last month, and up 0.03% year on year. The auto export recovered on a yearly basis, for the first time higher than a-year-ago level. Among different types, the passenger cars were 48,400 units, up 18.2% than that of last month, and up 1.1% year on year; and the commercial vehicles were 29,700 units, up 9.3% than that of last month, but down 1.7% year on year.
        For the first nine months, the export reached 662,900 units, down 7.5% year on year. To be specific, the passenger cars reached 391,800 units, down 9.7% year on year; the commercial vehicles were 271,100 units, down 4.1% year on year.
        According to customs data sorted out by CAAM, in August, the total import of automobiles was 124,900 units, up 22.7% year on year, and the total export was 71,200 units, down 5.1% year on year. For the first eight months, the accumulated imports of automobiles reached 954,800 units, up 28.8% year on year; while the exports were 601,300 units, down 6.0% from the previous year.
