In 2014, the production and sales of commercial vehicles reached 3,803,100 and 3,791,300 units respectively, down 5.7% and 6.5% year on year.
        As for the whole year by type, the production and sales of buses were up 7.6% and 8.4% respectively; while such figures for trucks were down 7.9% and 8.9%.
        One of the prime reasons for commercial vehicles keeping declining for eight months was the implementation of national fourth-phase standard.
