In order to implement the vehicle State Ⅳ emission standards actively and steadily, the vehicle State Ⅳ emission standards implement forum was held by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) in Beijing, on February 2,2011. Representatives from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, Sino-truck, FAW, DFCV, DFAC, FOTON and other industry representatives attended the meeting.

Mr. Yao Jie, vice secretary general of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) and members from Technology department (experts committee), Industry Development department of CAAM attended the meeting.

Mr. Ye Shengji, assistant secretary general of CAAM hosted the meeting.
