Invited by UKTI, delegation organized by Ministry of industry and information technology of the People’s Republic of china (MIIT) and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) attended the China-British automotive industry exchange activity during May 9 to 13, 2011. 

Mr. Zhang Xiangmu, Director General of the MIIT, Mr. Shi Jianhua, vice secretary general of CAAM acted as the head of delegation.  Representatives from SAIC, CHANGAN, FJMOTOR, CATARC and BOHONG Group participated in the delegation.

 Mr. Shi Jianhua introduced the history and development of Chinese automobile industry and proposed that both sides strengthen exchanges and cooperation.
