Mr. Philippe Jean, director of Industrial Innovation and Mobility Industries of European Commission, Ms. Alexandra SA Carvalho and other three people visited the CAAM on October 11, 2011. Mr. Dong Jianping, vice secretary general of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), Mr. Ye Shengji. vice secretary general of CAAM, and Mr. Du Fangci, assistant secretary general of CAAM, Mr. Li Shaohua, director of Industry Development Department of CAAM attended the meeting.
        The European Commission delegation's visit is to strengthen the line between the EU and Chinese government, extended contact with the Chinese automotive industry.
        Both sides agreed that China and the European automotive industry has a long-term good relations of cooperation, and will further strengthen this partnership.
