On Sep. 17th, 2012, the ceremony of CAAM Awarding “Chinese Automobile (Motorcycle) Parts Manufacturing Base” to Dalian Jinzhou was held in Dalian. During the ceremony, a group of enterprises newly enrolled signed the cooperative agreements with the government of Dalian Jinzhou New Area.

The Deputy Secretary General Mr. Dong Jianping mentioned that in recent years, Dalian Municipal Committee and Dalian Municipal Government had attached great importance to the development of auto industry. They actively pushed forward the structure adjustment and upgrading as well as attracted influential auto parts enterprises to invest, thus making Dalian Jinzhou become one of the most important bases in equipment manufacturing industry.

The Deputy Mayor Qu Xiaofei firstly expressed his thanks to CAAM for the continuous help and support to Dalian auto industry as well as industry in Dalian Jinzhou. Then, he said that this awarding encouraged the government and enterprises to develop auto industry. Therefore, the government would continue to offer support and integrate resources to help the development of auto industry. In addition, he wished to continue to receive attention and support from CAAM in future.
