On Oct. 16th, 2012, CAAM policy research commission 2012 annual meeting was held in Xining, Qinghai province. There were totally 28 people including the leaders from enterprises as well as policy analysts attending the meeting.

On the meeting, the consultant of CAAM Gu Xianghua made a summary of achievements had made and problems had met of the last year in policy research. Then, the director Ni Quan introduced the subject development situation in recent years and proposed some future researching directions. Besides, entrusted by MIIT, he reported the development of the subject of “Industrialization and urbanization influences on auto industry in China”. The deputy director Zhu Kongyuan gave a detailed introduction about the subject of “Limited purchasing and driving influences on auto industry in big cities”. In addition, Mr. Li Liwei, the department head of State Information Center, reported the results of the subject of “Sino-foreign auto companies’ status and trends of sustainable development”.

Finally, the deputy secretary general of CAAM Mr. Li Jingsheng raised some developing thoughts as well as expressed his hopes for future policy researches.
