On Nov. 18th to 19th, 2012, organized by CAAM, 2012 China Auto Parts Industry Annual Conference and China Auto Parts Industry Development Forum were successfully held in Wuhan. The theme of this annual conference was “Cooperation, Win-win results and Industrial Chain”. With nearly 500 participants, the officials from Ministry of Commerce, MIIT and local governments, the relevant experts as well as some key enterprises within auto parts industry attended this conference.

The conference was hosted by the executive vice chairman and secretary general of CAAM Mr. Dong Yang. And the leader from Wuhan Municipal Government made a speech. Besides, Chen Lin, the commercial counselor of Department of Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation of Ministry of Commerce, and Dong Jianping, the deputy secretary general of CAAM, gave reports respectively on which their topics were “Participating in Transnational Operation and Broadening Developing Market” and “Strengthening Cooperation, Creating Win-win Results and Competitive Industrial Chain”. Moreover, some well-known enterprises and agencies at home and abroad, like Great Wall Motor Company, Weichai Power Company, CISA and Bosch China, were invited to introduce their experiences and express their opinions on building a competitive industrial chain.
