Mr. Shi Jianhua and other leaders started the success-symbolized crystal ball

On the afternoon of Dec. 12th, the 8th China (Changsha) International Automobile Exhibition was inaugurated at Hunan International Conference & Exhibition Center. 
 
        Mr. Shi Jianhua, the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a gracious speech. Besides, he and Mayor Chen of Changsha, together with some other leaders, jointly started the crystal ball which symbolized a great success of the exhibition. He Baoxiang, the Vice Governor of Hunan Province, proclaimed the open of the exhibition.

More than 200 enterprises from over 20 countries attended this exhibition, brought more than 650 cars to the show, covering over 100 auto brands. Among all the showed cars, there were 49 making their world debuts, 9 concept cars or characteristic cars, and 6 new energy cars. The showcasing amount had set another new record comparing with the past ones.
   
        The exhibiting area also set a new record. This year, it reached up to over 90,000 square meters. Therefore, the organizers used the first and second floors of Hunan International Conference & Exhibition Center as well as the outside east and south squares to hold the exhibition. Moreover, the organizing committee specially launched outdoor areas so as to let more brands have the chance to be present as well as to further enlarge the exhibiting scale and broaden its showing space.
