CAAM-TBCH TPS, under the strong support of TBCH, launched the first round activities on July, 2013, including scrutiny and selection of model enterprises as well as on-site guidance and training. Now, the first round activities have entered into summing-up phase. Meanwhile, a new round has begun.
        In the first round, WAL FUEL SYSTEMS (HEFEI) LTD was selected as the model enterprise and training base among 20 applying enterprises through material analysis and on-site investigation.
        On Dec. 8th, on-site guidance started, aiming at helping WAL FUEL SYSTEMS to improve its filter production line. The yearly raising sales required its output enjoying an increase of 40% each year. Through TPS, WAL FUEL SYSTEMS realized cost reduction, capacity expansion and market share improvement, thus satisfying its need to develop.

The summing-up meeting for this improved line will be held on April 8th to 11th.
        For the first round activities, three on-site trainings will be arranged. Now, two of them have finished. The last one will be held in April.

From the first round activities, we know that many domestic enterprises have the strong desire to develop and improve their operating capabilities. However, they face a lot of difficulties and challenges during such course. How to effectively and sustainably improve management level, hence to enhance its comprehensive strength has become an unavoidable responsibility for those enterprises to bear. In the next activities, CAAM, together with TBCH, will continue to provide guidance and training for enterprises in need.
