On July 23rd, 2014 Annual Meeting of Financial Economy Committee of CAAM was held in Heihe. Over 20 representatives attended this meeting, including Financial Department of MIIT, FAW, DFM, SAIC, BAIC, Geely, JAC, Anhui Ankai, SINOTRUK, JMC, FAWER, Wanfeng, China Minzu Securities, etc.
        The meeting was hosted by the Director of Policy Researching Department of CAAM Mr. Ni Quan.

The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Li Jingsheng delivered a speech

The Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Li Jingsheng delivered a speech. He reviewed works done by CAAM in the aspect of finance and economics and pointed out directions for future services. He emphasized that with the rapid development of automotive industry, finance had become the key power to push forward automotive industrial transformation and upgrading. Hence, it was urgent and necessary for automotive industry to study on hot and difficult issues of auto finance. That was the reason why CAAM enlarged the committee into Financial and Economy Committee. 
        The Director of Financial Department of MIIT Zhu Chunxia introduced the background and main contents of Guidance on Accelerating the Popularization and Application of New Energy Vehicles.
        The representatives carried out discussions on existing problems, such as inconsistency between tax framework and financial system, intellectual property patent royalty included deduction, tax incentives on financial leasing of new energy vehicles, AR verification in automotive industry and so on.
