To grasp the development opportunities of new generation mobile communication, next generation internet and independent GNSS, to build an open environment for Internet of Cars, to accelerate the construction of internationally competitive auto information service system, to promote the balance development of manufacturing and auto service industry and to accelerate deep integration of informationization and industrialization, the launching meeting of CAAM Information Service Committee was held in Zhengzhou, Henan province on June 26th, 2014. Over 70 member representatives of the Committee attended the launching meeting.
 

Launching Meeting

On that afternoon, the first China auto information consumption strategy meeting was held. More than 300 participants attended it, including the Director of Software Service Department of MIIT Mr. Wang Shaopeng, the Director of Industrial Standards Department II of SAC Mr. Liu Dashan as well as the representatives from auto manufacturers, communication industry, IT companies and members of CAAM Information Service Committee.
