On Sep.23rd 2014, the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Ye Shengji met with president of friendship association of Russia and China Mr. Arkhipov Ivan, and director of external relations department of IVAN arkhipov foundation for the development of socio-economic relations between Russia and China Mr. Arkhipov Sauvage as well as general manager Mr. Bulgakov and deputy general manager Mr. Ji Ning from Russian Auto Parts Sales Co., LTD.
 

Friendship Association of Russia and China is Russia's earliest building people’s friendship organization, actively committing to the development of China-Russia cooperative business. The aim to visit CAAM is to build relations with CAAM and to discuss cooperation on sales and production of automobile and auto parts.
        First of all, Mr. Ye shengji extended his warm welcome to the guests and introduced the basic situation of CAAM and the development of China’s automotive industry.
        Mr. Arkhipov Sauvage introduced the basic situation of friendship association and explained the purpose of visit to promote bilateral economic and trade development of auto industry and strengthen cooperation and communication.
        Both sides took a depth communication on issues concerning energy conservation and environmental protection, import and export trade, vehicle and parts cooperation, product access and certification. Meanwhile, they also discussed the possibility of Russia holding Chinese brand rally racing.
        The Director of Information Department Mr. Chen Shihua. the Technology Department Ms. Shang Jiao, the Parts Department Mr. Zhai Yu and Chen Jiangbo accompanied to attend this meeting.
