On Dec. 7th to 9th, 2015 CAAM Finance and Economy Committee Annual Meeting was held in Xiamen. More than 20 representatives attended the meeting.
        The meeting was hosted by the Director of Policy Researching Department of CAAM Mr. Ni Quan.
        Mr. Ni Quan informed the status of subjects “Strategic Study on Automotive Industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan”, “Preliminary Study on Taxation Reform in Automotive Industry” and “Main Problems and Countermeasures of Auto Finance”. Ms. Yang Qian, also from Policy Researching Department, updated the situation of “Analysis of Automotive Industrial Early Warning”. The representatives carried out deep discussion on above issues and posed some constructive suggestions.
        Through discussion, the Committee clarified future developing strategy and major works for the next step:
        1.Reform on Auto Consumption Tax and VAT
        2.Financing Scale of Auto Finance Companies
        3.Finance Support on Auto Companies to “Going Out”
        4.Policies on Auto Finance Lease
        The meeting made a full success. Those representatives affirmed the function of the Committee in mutual communication and industrial development.
        After the meeting, the representatives visited Xiamen King Long.
