On July 20-21, organized by CAAM and co-organized by Delphi, the auto parts FC20 & CT30 seminar was held in Jiading, Shanghai, with issues concerning “CAFC and NEV Credit” policy, key parts development for ICV and China 6 emission involved. The seminar was hosted by the Deputy Secretary General of CAAM Mr. Shi Jianhua. The leaders from CAAM, including the Vice Chairman and Secretary General Mr. Wu Shaoming, the Deputy Secretary General Ms. Xu Yanhua, the secretary general assistants Mr. Chen Shihua and Mr. He Peng as well as corporate representatives of FC20 & CT30, altogether over 60 participants, attended this seminar.

Mr. Wu Shaoming delivered a speech, in which he stressed that FC20 & CT30 aimed at providing the platforms for enterprises to research and solve problems of common concern and exchange experiences. Hence, we should take full advantage of such platforms. The topics of the seminar, chosen on the corporate feedback, fully reflected the hot spot and focus of current industry. He wished the representatives could share views, meanwhile benefit form it.

On behalf of Delphi, the President of Delphi China Mr. Yang Xiaoming gave a welcome speech. He analyzed the situation of automotive industry in China and the world and posed some suggestions. Meanwhile, he expressed the willingness to strengthen cooperation with CT30.

In discussion section, the representatives exchanged views on the three topics as well as shared their opinions concerning the construction of China outstanding suppliers recommendation platform. Besides, the leaders from CAAM answered the questions of concern.

Mr. Shi Jianhua made the summary. He pointed out that the joint meeting could be held once a year for experience sharing. And each platform may hold their own seminar as need to solve key problems. Meanwhile, he stressed the function of executive level. In terms of specific tasks, he suggested that the platforms should focus on aftermarket, group standards, exchange with OEMs, and transformation strategies under the background of NEV and ICV.
